Job summary

PwC is seeking an Audit Intern to gain hands-on exposure to financial statement audits within our Assurance practice. You will support audit teams, learn GAAP and GAAS, review financial documents, and contribute to client service initiatives in a learning environment.

Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's in Accounting with a 3.0+ GPA; eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your state; travel up to 20% to client sites.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 3.0 overall GPA.
• Eligible to sit for CPA exam in intended state of employment.
• Intern/trainee level; typically third year of a 4-year program or fourth year of a 5-year program at application time.

Responsibilities

• Support audit teams in conducting financial statement audits and learning auditing methodologies.
• Review and verify financial documents to ensure transparency and compliance with standards.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
• Document audit processes and findings to maintain organized records.
• Learn GAAP and GAAS in audit tasks and collaborate with team members.
