Qualifications

• Must be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in the state of employment.
• Intern positions are entry-level; typically in the 3rd year of a 4-year program or 4th year of a 5-year program.

Responsibilities

• Support audit teams in financial statement audits and auditing methodologies.
• Review and verify financial documents to uphold transparency and compliance with standards.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and provide insights.
• Document audit processes and findings to keep records organized.
• Learn and apply GAAP and GAAS in audit tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to monitor financial trends and assess risks.
• Assist in evaluating internal controls and identifying areas for improvement.
