Job summary

PwC Nashville is seeking an Audit Intern to support our Assurance practice by learning the audit process and contributing to client support initiatives. You will work with teams to gain exposure to financial statement audits, applying PwC methodologies and building a strong foundation in accounting principles.

You will observe experienced auditors, develop your personal brand, and grow commercial awareness while contributing to project goals and learning to interpret financial data for decision

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's in Accounting.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• CPA exam eligibility in intended state.
• Third year of a four-year program or fourth year of a five-year program at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Support audit teams in conducting financial statement audits and applying auditing methodologies.
• Review and verify financial documents to ensure transparency and compliance with accounting standards.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Document audit processes and findings for organized record-keeping.
• Learn and apply GAAP and GAAS in audit tasks.
