Katz, Sapper & Miller (KSM) invites motivated students to join our Indianapolis internship program in public accounting. You will gain hands-on experience in auditing and accounting while supporting client engagements.

During the internship, you\u2019ll participate in orientation and training, learn from experienced professionals, and have the opportunity to transition to a full-time associate accountant after graduation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or master\u2019s degree in business or accounting.
• On track for CPA eligibility upon graduation.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Ability to work effectively in a team across industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in auditing and accounting.
• Participate in intern orientation, technical training and development programs designed to expose you to audit and to give you the tools needed to immediately contribute to clients.
• Experience, through on-the-job training and real, meaningful work engagements, how your academic experience translates to the professional environment.
• Learn directly from experienced Associates, Seniors, Managers and Partners with specialized experience and technical knowledge across numerous industries and services.
