Job summary

PwC, Utah Salt Lake City, seeks an Audit Intern to gain hands-on exposure to financial statement audits within our Assurance practice. You will support teams, learn PwC methodologies, and observe audit workflows in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.

You will build experience in GAAP/GAAS, develop commercial awareness, and contribute to client-facing activities while progressing toward CPA eligibility and professional growth during the internship.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's in Accounting
• GPA at least 3.0
• Eligible to sit for CPA exam in intended state
• Typically third year of a four-year degree or fourth year of a five-year program

Responsibilities

• Support audit teams in financial statement audits and GAAP/GAAS usage
• Review and verify financial documents for transparency and compliance with standards
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making
• Document audit processes and findings for organized records
• Learn and apply GAAP and GAAS in audit tasks
• Collaborate with team to monitor financial trends and assess risk
