Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• At least a 3.0 overall GPA
• Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment
• Client service intern positions are considered entry-level; candidates are typically in their third year of a four-year degree or fourth year of a five-year program

Responsibilities

• Support audit teams in conducting financial statement audits and gaining exposure to auditing methodologies
• Participate in review/verification of financial documents to uphold transparency and compliance with accounting standards
• Assist in analysis/interpretation of financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making
• Document audit processes and findings to maintain organized records
• Learn/apply GAAP and GAAS in audit tasks
• Collaborate to monitor/analyze financial trends and assess risk factors
• Contribute to evaluating internal controls and identifying areas for improvement
• Use data analysis to support the audit process and enhance financial reporting
• Observe/learn from experienced auditors to develop professional practice and client interactions

Education

CPA eligibility to sit for CPA exam in intended state
