Job summary

Ally Financial invites high-potential undergraduates to join its Audit Early Talent Development Program (ETDP), designed to build core internal audit skills and financial services knowledge through life-cycle simulations and 2-3 month team rotations.

You’ll gain hands-on experience applying audit tests, documenting workpapers, and communicating findings while rotating across six audit teams. Start date is July 2027 with in-person work and flexibility in Detroit, Charlotte, or Fort Washington.

Qualifications

  • 0+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • High school Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Program Eligibility: graduating between July 2026 and June 2027
  • Ability to travel occasionally to Ally locations (Charlotte/Detroit)
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Apply foundational audit skills and internal control concepts
  • Execute and document audit tests per policy and procedures
  • Complete audits within defined plans, budgets and schedules
  • Participate as an ETDP Ambassador (recruiting activities, mentoring)
