Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, technology, data science or related field.
• 6+ years of audit or data analytics experience; GAAP knowledge preferred.
• Experience with data analytics tools in audit, accounting, or risk management.
• Experience with SAP ECC / S/4HANA / RISE preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of IT operations, data environments, and systems integrations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• CPA and/or CIA preferred.
• Travel: 1–5 trips per year; international travel 10–15% based on business needs.
• Relocation assistance eligible.
• Shift: 1ST SHIFT (USA).

Responsibilities

• Create risk‑focused data analytics and automation solutions for the Audit Service team.
• Develop policy‑driven reporting to reduce manual audit testing and improve efficiency.
• Understand technology and data flows behind core business processes.
• Convert data into visuals and reports highlighting key risks and anomalies.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to ensure data accuracy and value.
• Support analytics adoption in audits, including on‑site assistance.
• Assist with fraud investigations and special audits with compliance teams.
• Mentor data champions within the audit team to build analytics skills.
• Promote a culture of integrity and accountability within the team.
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous auditing using analytics and RPA.
