PYA Atlanta is seeking an Audit & Assurance Staff for Summer 2028. You will contribute to the planning, execution, and completion of audit projects, applying GAAP and GAAS with a collaborative team to achieve high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting or related field required.
• Pursuit of a master degree in accounting preferred.
• CPA certification or pursuit of CPA certification required.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to planning, performance, and completion of auditing projects.
• Utilize knowledge of GAAP and GAAS to identify and resolve client issues with the team.
• Perform reviews of work product and presentations to ensure quality.
• Apply analytical skills to meet clients’ needs.
• Assist the Audit team with other projects and requests.
