MBE CPAs is seeking an Audit/Assurance Manager in Wisconsin to lead client relationships while auditing financial records for GAAP compliance. The role includes mentoring staff, identifying issues, and presenting solutions to clients.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in public accounting audit, a Bachelor’s in Accounting, and CPA certification or progress toward it. Onsite preferred with hybrid/remote options for experienced talent.

• 3+ years of audit experience at a public accounting firm.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; CPA certification highly desired or ability to attain.
• Willingness to work onsite; hybrid/remote work options considered for experienced talent.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships while auditing financial records for GAAP compliance.
• Analyze client financial records to identify issues and perform research for solutions.
• Train, mentor and manage audit team members in audit processes.
• Communicate with clients and provide recommendations for financial or tax needs.
