Job summary

YHB is seeking an Assurance Manager to oversee engagements, guide teams, and ensure client satisfaction. The role emphasizes applying technical knowledge, coordinating planning, and contributing to business development and talent growth within the firm.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, CPA or equivalent, and a proven ability to manage multiple client engagements while maintaining integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or relevant field required.
• CPA certification required or pursued; the Board reserves the right to promote non-CPA professionals to Manager.
• Industry focus: Financial Services & Institutions or Commercial For-Profit.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engagement planning to improve quality and efficiency.
• Review workpapers for accuracy and supportable conclusions.
• Develop and maintain strong, positive client relationships through timely communication.
