REDW Advisors & CPAs is seeking an Audit Associate to join a recognized Top Workplace. You will help build client relationships, support execution plans, and communicate issues to leadership. The role offers growth within a collaborative environment and travel as needed.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree (or be pursuing one) and have CPA exam eligibility or progress. A minimum two years of related experience is preferred, with GAAP/FASB/GASB knowledge valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment with anticipated completion date.
• Passed, conditioned, or qualified to take the CPA exam.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
• Willing to travel.
• Preferred: a minimum of two years’ work-related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of GAAP, FASB and GASB.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Assists in developing an execution plan to meet client expectations.
• Inform Principal and Manager of key issues and prepare agendas for client discussions.
• Communicates matters to Senior and Manager that may impact billing and collections.
• Primary source of timely information about scope changes.
• Gains an understanding of planned approach and participates in plan execution.
• Assumes responsibility for completing all assigned areas fully.
