Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (required).
• Internship experience in accounting or related field (preferred).
• CPA eligible; desire to obtain certification (required).
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, research and tax project management skills, including basic knowledge of GAAP, taxation compliance, codes and regulations.
• Ability to multi-task, think independently and solve problems in a results-driven team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete all aspects of accounting, tax and audit engagements for clients.
• Understand accounting and auditing principles, general tax regulation, and quality control standards relevant to client assignments.
• Adhere to engagement budgets and complete tasks within time constraints.
• Strive to achieve charge hour goals.
