As an Associate, you will have opportunities to:
- Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership income tax returns
- Prepare and review Audits for clients
- Build relationships with clients by learning about their businesses and requesting required information for preparing income tax returns
- Perform tax research and prepare memoranda
- Perform other accounting services as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of tax AND/OR audit experience (both is ideal)
- 4-year accounting degree or similar
- Dedication to superior client service
- Self-starter able to multitask and complete assignments within deadlines
- Professional, dependable, honest, and trustworthy, combined with a cooperative attitude
- Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
This Company will Provide:
- Small firm with 15 people. They all work closely together as a team
- Variety – No two days are the same. Not just simple Audits. You will get to be involved in different projects- including litigation and forensic accounting

- Target Bonus of 7-12% paid out in September
