The Senior Manager on the Audit and Assurance team is responsible for leading audit and assurance teams in a public accounting firm. This role requires an in-depth understanding of the principles of assurance, managerial accounting, and public accounting in order to provide exceptional quality service to clients and help the firm meet its strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead audit and assurance teams to ensure that all engagements are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Oversee the preparation of audit and assurance documents, reports, and schedules.
• Develop and communicate best practices for assurance and audit procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful completion of engagements.
• Review and analyze audit and assurance workpapers to ensure accuracy and compliance with professional standards.
