Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of experience with Microsoft Excel is required.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and focus on tasks all day.
• Detail oriented, accurate, efficient and precise.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance data by reviewing spreadsheets and policy documents to identify overpayments.
• Conduct detailed audits of insurance records and transactions.
• Train and support teammates in the verification process.
• Ensure timely review and processing of claims.
• Identify trends and provide written findings and recommendations.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve audit findings.
• Stay updated on insurance regulations and standards.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly audit metrics.
• Audit overpayment programs such as Claim Voids, True Duplicates, Adjustments, US Senior Care, and Terminated Policies.
