We’re excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join a major utilities company as an Audit Analyst. This role is vital to the smooth operation of our cash control process, requiring strong organizational skills, accuracy, and adaptability.
As the Audit Analyst, you’ll handle a variety of cash management and control tasks, from executing daily bank reconciliations and running system interface controls to validating vendor banking changes and supporting SOX 404 compliance. Your ability to manage shifting priorities, research complex discrepancies, and maintain strict confidentiality will make you an integral part of our team.

Major Duties
- Performing controls around vendor and customer banking information through callbacks and validation of requested change information.
- Completing daily interface controls to ensure all cash systems are operating as expected.
- Assisting with daily, monthly, and quarterly cash controls to record transactions accurately and prevent fraud.
- Executing daily matching of book records to bank transactions in Treasury reconciliation software and resolving exceptions.
- Preparing and analyzing monthly bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
- Assisting with management reporting, regulatory reporting, and the unclaimed property process.Interfacing with internal/external auditors regarding cash controls and SOX 404 compliance.
- Providing treasury process support, administrative accounting support, and positive customer service for internal/external users.Safeguarding cash records, protecting confidential information, and supporting special projects as assigned.

- Understanding of effective control models, specifically related to the safeguarding of cash under SOX 404 frameworks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to perform secure bank callbacks and vendor verifications.
- Solid problem-solving, time-management, and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in navigating Treasury reconciliation software and computer systems in a team environment.
- Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive financial records.
Exciting Opportunity Details
- Rate: $25.52 per hour.
- Length of engagement: October 2026 - April 2027 (6-month contract).
- Days/Hours: Hybrid schedule (In-office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; remote Monday and Friday). Standard business hours.
- Location: Candidates based in KY will report to the Eastpoint Office (Louisville, KY); candidates based in PA will report to the West Hamilton St. Office (Allentown, PA).
