EY is seeking a 360 Careers Analyst in the USA to join the Assurance practice. This role offers structured, skills-based expeditions across Assurance and Tax, with opportunities to work in a client-facing, hybrid model and to build expertise in financial statement audits.

You will apply accounting knowledge, develop analytical skills, and collaborate across teams to learn the inner workings of business and deliver high-quality auditing services.

Qualifications

• Predicted undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting with strong academic record.
• Minimum GPA requirements: 3.0 (preferred 3.2+).
• Meet educational requirements for CPA licensure in the base location and plan to pass CPA exam.
• Excellent English language communication skills.
• Interest in a hybrid model with in-person work 40–60% of the time.
• Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when needed.
• Access to reliable transportation; driver's license recommended.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
• For Government & Public Sector, US citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential audit issues or unusual relationships in financial statements with detailed analytical trend analysis.
• Demonstrate professionalism while working in clients' environments and providing exceptional service.
