Qualifications

• 3 years of customer service/patient care experience or 1 year of office management.
• Ability to learn software systems including Excel, Word, and Sycle.net.
• Good problem solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Highschool diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, check-in/out using patient management software.
• Schedule audiometric evaluations and appointments; track referrals.
• Provide front desk support and handle calls professionally.
• Assist with testing, cleaning and adjusting hearing devices under supervision.
• Enter daily activity into patient management software and manage files.
