Job summary

Specsavers is seeking an audiology professional to launch and own a new Specsavers Audiology business in Cobram, Victoria, Australia, joining the Specsavers Optometry store and delivering evidence-based hearing care within our clinical framework.

You will establish services in an untapped community, build strong patient relationships, and grow a sustainable business with support from our dedicated office, payroll, IT and supply chain teams, plus a generous remuneration package.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, leadership and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Certified practitioner with Audiology Australia/ACAud membership is required.
• Experience in launching or growing clinical services is a plus.

Remuneration & Benefits

• Guaranteed salary $120,000 + super
• Monthly profit share once the business is profitable

About You

• Hold (or be eligible to hold) a Qualified Practitioner number and full membership with Audiology Australia or ACAud
• Have 2+ years' post-QP clinical experience
• Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
• Be motivated to help shape the future of hearing care through clinical excellence and transparency
