Qualifications

• Current Audiology or Hearing Aid Dispensing license in the relevant state.
• Strong clinical, counseling and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hearing evaluations using clinical protocols.
• Interpret results and recommend individualized care based on patient needs and lifestyle.
• Present options, emphasizing value and outcomes for patients.
• Program, fit and verify hearing instruments, including premium technology.
• Perform follow-up visits, cleanings and repairs as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and outcomes documentation.
• Deliver exceptional service to support satisfaction and outcomes.
• Collaborate with leadership to support center performance.
