The Director provides clinic leadership, oversees operations, teaching, student supervision, and services, while expanding community partnerships and ensuring accreditation readiness.

Qualifications

• Au.D. degree from an accredited institution with California licensure eligibility.
• Minimum of five years of professional audiology experience.
• Leadership in clinical operations, healthcare services, program administration, or organizational development with measurable outcomes.
• Experience building professional partnerships, referral networks, community collaborations, or stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, clinical documentation systems, and continuous improvement practices.
• Awareness of educational goals for a diverse student population.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic leadership, oversee operations, scheduling, documentation, and quality assurance.
• Deliver clinical services, supervise students, and support clinical teaching.
• Develop referral networks and community partnerships to expand access and services.
• Collaborate on accreditation readiness, strategic planning, and program development.
• Organize all classes within the Canvas Learning Management System.
• Engage with diverse student populations and support inclusive education.
• Participate in shared governance and service assignments.
