Job summary

Florida ENT Associates is seeking a compassionate Audiology Assistant to join our Otolaryngology team in Florida. You will work closely with our audiologists to administer hearing tests, assist with hearing aid fittings and repairs, and support patient education.

Responsibilities include hearing screenings, audiometric testing, otoscopic exams, and maintaining equipment. Strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential for success in our patient-centered practice.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related experience in a clinical setting.
• Evidence of competency-based training and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Perform hearing screenings and audiometric testing.
• Assist with otoscopic examinations and hearing aid fittings.
• Maintain and calibrate hearing equipment; ensure infection control.
• Manage patient records and documentation in the EMR.
• Support audiologists during patient visits and testing procedures.
