Job summary

Texas Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists in Tomball, TX, is seeking a dedicated Audiologist to join our expanding ENT practice. You will work with otolaryngologists and a neurotologist to deliver diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology services across multiple sites.

We welcome both experienced candidates and new graduates. The role offers a competitive base salary with commission, profit sharing, PTO, excellent benefits, and opportunities for cochlear implant and Osia work if desired.

Qualifications

• Doctoral or master’s degree in Audiology with eligibility for Texas licensure.
• Strong clinical skills and patient-centered approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• 2+ years of experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.

Job description

Our large and well-established ENT practice, with 15 offices throughout the Greater Houston area, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Audiologist to join our Tomball location. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a team of experienced otolaryngologists and a neurotologist, providing a wide scope of diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive audiologic evaluations
• Hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and follow-up care
• Opportunity to complete cochlear implant evaluations, activations, mapping, and ongoing care if desired
• Opportunity to provide Osia evaluations and programming if desired
• Supervision and mentorship of an audiology extern at select sites if desired

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or Master’s degree in Audiology
• Current Texas state licensure (or eligible)
• Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• 2+ years of experience preferred; however, new graduates are also encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary, plus commission and profit sharing
• 3 weeks PTO during the first 2 years, increasing to 4 weeks PTO thereafter
