Job summary

CQ Partners’ Gold Country Hearing Audiology practice in Redding, CA is seeking an Audiologist to join our team. We welcome both full-time and part-time applicants who are motivated to deliver top-quality hearing healthcare and patient experience.

The Audiologist will perform hearing evaluations for all ages, fittings, and follow-up care, while educating patients on the best solutions for their hearing loss.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients.
• Active CA Dispensing license or eligible for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations for all ages.
• Provide counseling and education to patients to explain treatment options.
• Recommend and fit appropriate hearing devices based on patient needs.
• Assist with administrative tasks including calls, documentation and reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to company policies.
• May participate in marketing and community outreach events.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES are central to the role:

• Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations
• Executes a treatment plan through excellent counseling and education
• Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient’s needs
• Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, and reporting
• Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information
• Adherence to company policies and procedures
• May also be involved in marketing and public outreach, including community events, lunch and learns, health fairs, and senior living events

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients
• Masters or Doctorate in Audiology
• Active CA Dispensing license or eligible for licensure

Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $90K-$170K Total Compensation Potential
