This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned clinician who thrives on building long-term patient relationships, enjoys practicing in a private-pay environment, and values clinical autonomy over production quotas. The practice has built its reputation on delivering personalized, concierge-level hearing healthcare, allowing providers to focus on what matters most—achieving outstanding patient outcomes.

Why This Opportunity

Unlike many practices, this office operates in a private-pay model without the constraints of third-party insurance contracts. Providers are able to spend meaningful time with patients, develop lasting relationships, and deliver customized treatment plans in a supportive, collaborative environment.

You’ll work alongside an experienced team of audiologists, an otolaryngologist, and physician assistants who are committed to clinical excellence, teamwork, and continuous professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations
  • Provide individualized counseling and education to patients and their families
  • Recommend appropriate hearing technology based on each patient’s lifestyle and communication needs
  • Fit, program, verify, and service hearing aids
  • Build lasting relationships through ongoing follow-up care and long-term hearing healthcare management
  • Perform cochlear implant evaluations and mapping
  • Conduct advanced diagnostic procedures, including ABR, VNG, tympanometry, and other vestibular testing as appropriate
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and fellow clinicians to provide coordinated patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
The Ideal Candidate

The practice is seeking an audiologist who combines strong clinical skills with exceptional interpersonal abilities. Successful candidates are confident in their recommendations, passionate about improving patients’ quality of life, and committed to delivering an outstanding patient experience.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive compensation with outstanding earning potential
  • Performance-based incentive opportunities
  • Comprehensive medical benefits
  • 401(k) with profit sharing
  • Generous paid time off and paid holidays
  • Early-release Fridays to promote work-life balance
  • Relocation assistance for qualified candidates
  • Opportunity to practice between the Santa Barbara and Solvang offices
  • Stable, established practice with long-term career growth
Discover the Central Coast Lifestyle

Santa Barbara offers an exceptional blend of professional opportunity and coastal living. With its beautiful beaches, scenic mountain trails, award-winning wineries, outstanding dining, and year-round sunshine, it’s consistently recognized as one of California’s most desirable places to live.

The practice also serves patients in nearby Solvang, a picturesque Danish-inspired community known for its welcoming atmosphere, wine country charm, and relaxed pace of life.

If you’re an experienced audiologist seeking a long-term opportunity where clinical excellence is valued, patient relationships come first, and you’ll have the support to thrive professionally, we’d love to speak with you.
