Job summary

ENT Specialty Partners seeks an audiologist to provide diagnostic, rehabilitative, and therapeutic audiology services to patients of all ages. The role includes supervising interns, calibrating equipment, and contributing to a proactive care team.

The ideal candidate has strong manual dexterity, excellent communication, and the ability to relate to patients across ages. Flexible compensation includes a base pay plus commission/bonus potential and relocation assistance.

AUDIOLOGIST - $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS AVAILABLE!

As an Audiologist you will provide diagnostic, treatment, and rehabilitative audiological services to patients of all ages.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Assists in supervising student interns.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Provides rehabilitative audiological services. Administers and interprets audiological tests, develops a treatment plan, and establishes goals for each patient. Monitors progress of recommendations and treatment plans and reassesses as appropriate.
• Calibrates equipment, prepares related reports, and maintains the audiological suite, materials, and supplies.
• Communicates with patient and family and provides counseling when appropriate.
• Provides case management services and makes client referrals to other social or health service agencies.
• Logs procedures and submits charges to the department secretary for submission to the billing department.
• Writes evaluation reports and daily progress notes on a timely basis.
• Maintains state-of-the-art knowledge in field of audiology. Prepares and presents in-service education to staff and the community.
• Assists in implementing and monitoring the department’s quality assurance program.

• Unimpaired or corrected hearing/listening skills.
• Skill in preparing written patient evaluations.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
