Job summary

Starkey Hearing Technologies in Round Rock, TX, is seeking an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to deliver an exceptional Patient Journey Experience. You will test and diagnose hearing loss, fit and sell hearing devices, counsel patients, and provide follow-up services in a patient-centric office.

Qualifications

Valid state licensure in good standing.
Experience in hearing tests, fittings and sales desirable.
Strong communication and patient counseling skills.

Responsibilities

Ensure Patient Journey Experience is top priority.
Administer hearing tests per Starkey protocol and laws.
Conduct sales of hearing Aids and accessories per Starkey protocol.
Collaborate with Regional Manager/Director on office finances.
Oversee marketing efforts for the office with National Marketing.
