Starkey Hearing is seeking an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to serve our Gilbert community. The role emphasizes accurate hearing assessments, fitting and selling devices, and delivering patient‑centered care with Starkey’s innovative technology.

Qualifications

  • Valid state licensure in good standing.
  • Knowledge of NOAH and Inspire OS.
  • Ability to organize and execute a plan.
  • Strong problem‑solving, analytical, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • Test and diagnose hearing loss.
  • Fit and sell hearing products and accessories per Starkey sales protocol.
  • Administer hearing test procedures per Starkey clinical protocol and laws.
  • Provide counseling and follow‑up services for patients.
  • Maintain a successful and profitable office.
  • Collaborate with Regional Manager/Director to oversee office financials.
  • Coordinate new and retention marketing efforts for the office with National Marketing staff.

Responsibilities
  • Test and diagnose hearing loss.
  • Fit and sell hearing products and accessories according to Starkey sales protocol.
  • Administer hearing test procedures in accordance with Starkey clinical protocol and applicable state and federal laws.
  • Provide counseling and follow‑up services for patients.
  • Maintain a successful and profitable office.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager/Director to oversee office financial management.
  • Co‑ordinate new‑and retention‑marketing efforts for the office in coordination with National Marketing staff.

Qualifications

Salary & Other Compensation

The target rate for this position is between $61,600.00 and $89,250.00 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is eligible for monthly uncapped commissions in accordance with the terms of the company’s plan.
