Job summary

Northwest Audiology & Hearing Aid Center in Ellensburg, WA seeks an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to join a small, independent practice. The position offers flexibility for full or part-time work and a supportive team with strong work/life balance.

The ideal candidate will perform hearing evaluations, fittings, and counseling for all ages, with opportunities for marketing and community outreach. WA license required or eligible.

Qualifications

• Active WA license or eligible for licensure.
• Master's or Doctorate in Audiology required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service, upbeat and positive attitude.
• Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations.
• Executes a treatment plan through counseling and education.
• Recommend and fit hearing devices based on patient needs.
• Assist in clinical administrative functions including calls, documentation, reporting.
• May be involved in marketing and public outreach efforts.
• Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
