Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates in Morristown, NJ, is seeking a self-motivated, licensed Audiologist for a full-time position. You will conduct audiometric testing, counsel patients, fit and program hearing aids, and maintain patient records while coordinating with a busy multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Audiology (Au.D. preferred), an active hearing aid dispensing license, and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and physicians.

ENT and Allergy Associates, New York & New Jersey's premier ENT and Allergy medical practice, is seeking a self-motivated, people-friendly full time licensed Audiologist for our Morristown office location.

We are a large and successful, multi-site ENT practice seeking to expand our staff of audiologists in the New York and New Jersey area due to dynamic growth. Salary:

$80,000-110,000/year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish rapport with, and gather history from, patients; conduct audiometric testing; counsel patients; and make recommendations for hearing aids
• Diagnostic testing
• Make ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments
• Program hearing aids
• Fit hearing aids and assist with any adjustments, questions or problems
• Maintain documentation and patient files
• Own assigned schedule to maximize the ability to help patients hear through opportunities
• Support and coach all team members to achieve practice goals and generation of opportunities

Position Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Audiology, Au.D. preferred
Active and current hearing aid dispensing license

• The ability to work in a team environment
• The ability to interact professionally at all times with patients, physicians, and team members
