Job description

Location: Elizabethtown, KY

Schedule: 1 visit per month (Weekdays)

Compensation: $800 per visit

Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Part‑Time Audiologist to provide care in a structured, outpatient clinic‑based environment in Elizabethtown, KY.

This is a clinic‑based role where you’ll function as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community‑focused setting serving senior populations.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform hearing evaluations and diagnostic audiometric testing

  • Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team
  • Deliver patient‑centered care in a structured outpatient setting
