Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates is seeking a licensed Audiologist for our Horsham, PA area offices. This role offers either full-time or part-time scheduling in a multi-site ENT practice with strong clinical support and opportunities for ongoing training and paid CEUs.

The ideal candidate will be clinically strong, able to counsel patients effectively, and build rapport. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package and a pathway for career development within a large network.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Audiology, Au.D. preferred.
• Active and current hearing aid dispensing license.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with patients, gather history, conduct audiometric testing, counsel, and recommend hearing aids.
• Diagnostic testing, make ear impressions and ear molds, order instruments.
• Program and fit hearing aids, assist with adjustments and questions.
• Maintain documentation and patient files.
• Own assigned schedule to maximize patient outcomes.
• Support and coach team members to achieve practice goals.

ENT and Allergy Associates is seeking a self-motivated, people-friendly full time or part time licensed Audiologist for our Horsham PA office locations. We are a large and successful, multi-site ENT practice seeking to expand our staff of audiologists in the New York and New Jersey area due to dynamic growth. If you are a Diagnostic & Dispensing audiologist, if you are driven, self-motivated, and passionate about helping patients hear well again, then this may be the opportunity you are looking for. The ideal candidate must be strong clinically and have the ability to effectively counsel while building patient rapport. Salary: $80,000-$110,000/year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Establish rapport with, and gather history from, patients; conduct audiometric testing; counsel patients; and make recommendations for hearing aids Diagnostic testing Make ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments Program hearing aids Fit hearing aids and assist with any adjustments, questions or problems Maintain documentation and patient files Own assigned schedule to maximize the ability to help patients hear through opportunities Support and coach all team members to achieve practice goals and generation of opportunities
