Starkey Retail in Florida’s Marco Island area seeks an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to deliver the Patient Journey Experience. You will test hearing, diagnose loss, fit hearing aids and accessories, and provide follow-up care in a fast-paced, customer-focused office.

Qualifications

• Valid State Licensure in good standing required.
• Knowledge of patient management software (NOAH, Inspire OS) and related systems.
• Strong planning, organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.

Responsibilities

• Administer hearing tests per Starkey protocol and applicable laws.
• Fit and sell hearing aids and accessories per sales protocol.
• Provide counseling and follow-up care to ensure Patient Journey Experience.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager/Director to support office financial management.
