Job summary

AudioNova, part of the Sonova family, is hiring in Columbiana, OH for an Audiologist / Hearing Instrument Specialist. You will perform hearing assessments, counsel patients on device options, and participate in patient care from evaluation to fitting and aftercare.

Qualifications

• Hearing Aid Dispensing License required in Ohio.
• Doctorate in Audiology preferred.
• 3rd/4th year Audiology externs encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient hearing tests and analyze results to guide treatment options.
• Explain the benefits of hearing instruments and discuss pricing and long-term value.
• Assist with hearing aid repairs, checks, and maintenance.
• Contribute to community outreach to generate patient referrals.
• Support clinic operations with staff as needed.

Education

Hearing Aid Dispensing License in Ohio

Doctorate in Audiology (preferred)

Audiology externship (3rd/4th year encouraged)
