We’re looking for an Audiologist to lead a team of Hearing Care Professionals and support staff in the clinic.

Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed Audiologist to join our team in a retail setting focused on diagnosing hearing loss and providing tailored hearing aid solutions. The ideal candidate is clinically skilled, customer-focused, and passionate about helping people hear better.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations including air/bone conduction, speech testing, tympanometry, and otoscopy.
  • Interpret test results and communicate findings and recommendations clearly to patients.
  • Fit, program, and adjust hearing aids using real ear measurement and other verification tools.
  • Provide counseling on hearing aid use, care, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure an exceptional patient experience from first appointment through follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.
  • Support clinic sales goals by educating patients on hearing aid technology and value.
  • Participate in community outreach and hearing health education events as needed.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or Master’s degree in Audiology.
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as an Audiologist in any State.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven retail environment.
  • Familiarity with hearing aid brands (Phonak, Oticon, Signia, etc.) and fitting software is a plus.
