Job summary

Advocate Health in Wisconsin is seeking a licensed audiologist to assess hearing and balance disorders, develop care plans, and deliver patient-centered treatment across multiple sites.

You will prescribe and fit hearing aids and assistive devices, troubleshoot equipment, document care and billing, counsel patients and families, and participate in quality improvement and staff training in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Audiology license required in state of practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification within 6 months unless exempt.

Responsibilities

• Perform and interpret audiological evaluations and plan care.
• Prescribe and dispense hearing aids and assist devices; troubleshoot equipment.
• Document patient care and billing per policy.
• Counsel patients and families about hearing loss and amplification.
• Participate in quality improvement and staff training.
• Coordinate coverage across locations and manage caseload.
• Maintain inventory of hearing aids and supplies.
• Ensure age-appropriate care and adherence to policies.
