Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with patients, take history, conduct audiometric testing, counsel, and recommend hearing aids.
• Diagnostic testing.
• Make ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments.
• Program hearing aids.
• Fit hearing aids and handle adjustments.
• Maintain documentation and patient files.
• Own assigned schedule to maximize patient access to care.
• Support and coach team members to achieve goals.
