Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP is seeking a full-time Audiologist for our West Side office. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, deliver excellent patient care, and possess strong clinical skills in diagnostic testing and hearing aid dispensing.

The role offers opportunities for ongoing training, paid CEUs, and a comprehensive benefits package. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 per year, with generous PTO and retirement plan options.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Audiology (Au.D.) required or equivalent.
• Active and current hearing aid dispensing license.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with patients; conduct audiometric testing; counsel patients; and make recommendations for hearing aids.
• Diagnostic testing.
• Make ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments.
• Program hearing aids.
• Fit hearing aids and assist with adjustments, questions or problems.
• Maintain documentation and patient files.
• Own assigned schedule to maximize helping patients hear.
• Support and coach team members to achieve goals.
