Job summary

Lucid Hearing is seeking a customer-focused Sales Associate in a retail setting to help people hear better. You will engage customers, conduct hearing screenings, recommend solutions, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with strong base pay plus commission and full benefits. Qualified candidates are licensed hearing instrument dispensers or Audiologists, motivated by helping others, with an entrepreneurial mindset and excellent follow-up

Qualifications

• Motivated by helping others hear better
• Ambitious with a sales attitude
• An entrepreneur mindset with problem-solving skills, this role will have great autonomy
