Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP in Paramus, NJ is seeking a self-motivated, full-time licensed Audiologist for our Paramus office. The role requires diagnostic testing, hearing aid fitting, patient counseling, and coordination with the team to expand services.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Audiology required or Au.D. preferred.
• Active and current hearing aid dispensing license.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with patients and gather history; conduct audiometric testing.
• Diagnose hearing loss and order instruments.
• Program and fit hearing aids and provide patient counseling.
• Maintain documentation and patient files.
• Own assigned schedule to maximize patient care.
• Support and coach team members to achieve practice goals.
