Job summary

Matrix Providers Inc is seeking a qualified Audiologist in Yuma, AZ, to conduct one-time, non-treatment Veteran Disability Exams. Candidates must hold an active Audiologist license, a master's or doctorate from an accredited program, and a valid Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities include reviewing medical history and performing comprehensive audiology exams to assess hearing loss or tinnitus, with all necessary equipment provided on-site. The position offers fulltime or part-time options with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Hold an active and unrestricted Audiologist license.
• Possess a master's or doctorate from a program accredited by CAA, ACAE, or ASHA certification.
• Have an active and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to be flexible and adapt to changing situations.
• Must possess basic computer skills.
• Fully vaccinated per CDC and state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct non-treatment audiology exams for Veterans.
• Capture responses during exams through web-based forms.
• Perform comprehensive audio exams to assess hearing loss or tinnitus.
• Administer standard testing including Pure Tone Air, tympanometry, and speech recognition.
