ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP in New York City (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Astoria) is seeking a self-motivated, people-friendly full-time licensed Audiologist Floater for our NYC offices. The role involves diagnostic testing, dispensing, and counseling patients to improve hearing.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Audiology (Au.D. preferred) and an active dispensing license, with a strong focus on teamwork and patient rapport. Competitive pay and a rich benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Audiology, Au.D. preferred.
• Active and current hearing aid dispensing license.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with, and gather history from, patients; conduct audiometric testing; counsel patients; and make recommendations for hearing aids
• Diagnostic testing
• Make ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments
• Program hearing aids
• Fit hearing aids and assist with any adjustments, questions or problems
• Maintain documentation and patient files
• Own assigned schedule to maximize the ability to help patients hear through opportunities
• Support and coach all team members to achieve practice goals and generation of opportunities
