Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates of Texas PLLC seeks a dedicated Audiologist Floater for our Katy office to support patient care across multiple sites.

The role involves diagnostic testing, hearing aid fitting, and patient counseling while collaborating with physicians and staff to deliver high-quality hearing care.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Audiology or Au.D. preferred.
• Active and current hearing aid dispensing license.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with, and gather history from, patients.
• Conduct audiometric testing.
• Counsel patients.
• Make recommendations for hearing aids and diagnostic testing.
• Make ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments.
• Program hearing aids.
• Fit hearing aids and assist with adjustments, questions or problems.
• Maintain documentation and patient files.
• Own assigned schedule to maximize patient hearing opportunities.
• Support and coach all team members to achieve practice goals and generation of opportunities.
