Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates LLP is seeking a self-motivated, full-time licensed Audiologist Floater for their Nassau County offices. The ideal candidate will establish rapport with patients, conduct audiometric testing, and recommend hearing aids based on diverse diagnostics.

Offering a competitive salary between $80,000 - $110,000, benefits include a generous PTO, comprehensive insurance, a lucrative bonus program, and a $5,000 annual car allowance.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Audiology or Au.D. preferred.
• Active and current hearing aid dispensing license.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Professional interaction with patients, physicians, and team members at all times.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with patients and gather their medical history.
• Conduct audiometric testing and provide patient counseling.
• Make recommendations for hearing aids based on diagnostic results.
• Perform diagnostic testing: make ear impressions, ear molds, and order instruments.
• Program and fit hearing aids; assist with adjustments, questions, or problems.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient files.
• Own assigned schedule to maximize patient access to hearing solutions.
• Support and coach all team members to achieve practice goals.
