Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks a full-time Audiologist to provide high-level audiologic care within a fast-paced ENT clinic and team environment. You will assess and treat patients across all ages with hearing, balance, and communication disorders, offering diagnostics and therapeutic services.

The role involves vestibular testing, hearing aid programming, cochlear implants, and maintaining compliant documentation. Texas licensure and CCC is preferred; Epic EMR experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• AuD or PhD in Audiology required.
• Preferred experience with Epic EMR and at least one year of relevant practice.
• Valid Audiologist License in Texas required.
• ASHA CCC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate hearing loss across the lifespan using diagnostic equipment.
• Perform vestibular evaluations, interpret results, and counsel patients on balance issues.
• Fit and program hearing aids, assistive devices, cochlear implants, and bone-anchored devices.
• Conduct audiometry, VNG, EcochG, ABR/ASSR tests per best practices.
• Maintain documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide ongoing education to improve care quality.
• Ensure patient safety and participate in professional development.
