Job summary

Starkey Retail seeks an Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to deliver a superior Patient Journey Experience. You will test hearing, diagnose loss, fit and sell devices, counsel patients and help maintain a profitable office.

Role requires Starkey protocol compliance, collaboration with the Regional Manager on finances, and involvement in local marketing efforts. Excellent benefits and professional development offered.

Qualifications

• Valid State Licensure – license in good standing.
• Knowledge of NOAH and Inspire OS software.
• Ability to organize and execute a plan.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Test hearing, diagnose hearing loss and administer tests per Starkey protocol.
• Fit and sell hearing aids and accessories; counsel patients.
• Provide follow-up services and maintain a profitable office.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager to oversee financial management.
• Assist with new/retention marketing efforts for the office.
