Job summary

The Audiologist role at Hearing Healthcare Recruiters, Inc. is based in Rutland, VT within a hospital-employed outpatient ENT clinic.

You will provide diagnostic and rehabilitative services across the lifespan, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support hearing and balance disorders. Responsibilities include audiometric testing, vestibular evaluation, patient counseling, and fitting amplification devices with ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Au.D. preferred; Master’s degree with relevant experience considered.
• Completion of an accredited clinical externship required.
• 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Eligible for or active Vermont audiology licensure; CCC-A or ABA Board Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology services for auditory and vestibular function.
• Conduct behavioral and electrophysiological assessments.
• Counsel patients and families on hearing loss and treatment options.
• Evaluate and fit amplification devices with ongoing patient education.
• Educate on hearing conservation and noise protection strategies.
