ENT and Allergy Associates is seeking a licensed Audiologist to join its growing team in Houston. The role focuses on diagnostic testing, hearing aid evaluations, fittings, programming, and patient counseling, in collaboration with ENT physicians and the clinical team.

The scope may vary by office based on needs and services offered, with emphasis on patient relationships and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Audiology; Au.D. preferred.
• Active hearing aid dispensing license (where required).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive audiologic evaluations and diagnostic testing.
• Counsel patients and families regarding hearing loss, treatment options, and hearing healthcare solutions.
• Recommend, fit, program, and adjust hearing aids based on each patient’s needs.
• Take ear impressions and coordinate earmold and hearing aid orders.
• Provide hearing aid follow-up care, troubleshooting, adjustments, and ongoing patient support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Collaborate with ENT physicians and other clinical team members to deliver coordinated patient care.
• Manage an organized daily schedule while providing an exceptional patient experience.
