Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a licensed Audiologist to join its growing team. The role focuses on diagnostic testing, hearing aid evaluations and fittings, and close collaboration with ENT physicians to deliver high‑quality patient care.

The candidate will provide counseling, program and adjust hearing aids, take impressions, and manage follow‑up care while building strong patient relationships in a supportive clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Audiology; Au.D. preferred.
• Active hearing aid dispensing license (where required).
• Licensing fee reimbursement and the opportunity for clinical research.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive audiologic evaluations and diagnostic testing.
• Counsel patients and families regarding hearing loss, treatment options, and hearing healthcare solutions.
• Recommend, fit, program, and adjust hearing aids based on each patient's needs.
• Take ear impressions and coordinate earmold and hearing aid orders.
• Provide hearing aid follow-up care, troubleshooting, adjustments, and ongoing patient support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Collaborate with ENT physicians and other clinical team members to deliver coordinated patient care.
• Manage an organized daily schedule while providing an exceptional patient experience.
